Cup-Tie (KW Stead)

Another version of the old classic cup-tie game. Either the patent was freely shared or passed around or ignored - who knows! Cup Tie and Cup Tie are the other versions I have.

The usual format of pawns, dice and a grid pitch (which is missing from this game)

A nice small boxed game with the rules, ball and players. No pitch but easily made as a simple grid style pitch.

Both teams line up ahead of the big match.
Notice that the five forwards are made in a different shade to differentiate them, this is deliberate and not badly matched replacement pieces!
