Cup Tie (A Coates & Sons)

I believe this dates to the 1950s judging by the playing pawns, possibly earlier. Seems to be a similar game play to the other game called Cup-Tie but this one is far older.

Classic grid based gameplay but uses cards instead of a dice, the cards enable many other scenarios and incidents to occur in a game.

I need the pitch and three red pawns plus a yellow goalkeeper should anyone have a draw full of spares!

Cup-Tie (A. Coates & Son)
A nice little boxed game missing the pitch and a couple of player pawns. Nicely designed gameplay and easy to create your own grid pitch.
