Joe Mercer GB Soccer Squad (Cleveland petrol)

Cleveland went big on football and promotions in the early 1970s including this set and also a sticker album, plus they did a busts of Kings and Queens as well which is worth looking out for.

What makes this set is the many that I come across where people painted the heads - marvellous!
